  • How long is a session?
    The session last between 90 min to 2 hours.
  • Will I be out of control?
    Not at all! You’ll be fully aware of everything we talk about, you can move if you need. In fact, you'll probably feel more aware than usual while staying totally relaxed, with your subconscious fully tuned in. It’s like having a front-row seat to your own thoughts!
  • What does a hypnotherapy session feel like?
    Think of it as a really calming, interactive guided meditation. Some people describe it as feeling super relaxed and grounded, like their body feels heavy, while others say they feel light and floaty. Everyone experiences it a little differently, but overall, it’s all about feeling calm and at ease.
  • Will I remember what happens in the session?
    Absolutely! You’ll be fully aware the whole time, so you’ll remember everything from the session.
  • Is our session confidential?
    Yes, our session is confidential. However, I am duty-bound to breach confidentiality guidelines if I believe that you could cause significant harm to yourself or others.
  • When will I start seeing the benefits from the sessions?
    It really depends on the issue. For some people, it can take 1-3 sessions to notice a big shift, but others feel a difference right after the session! If you're working on a habit, keep in mind it can take up to 21 days to change it. That’s why it’s super important to listen to the personalised audio I give you for the full 21 days it helps support you as you get used to the changes in your lifestyle.
  • Will I require more than one session?
    Mostly, one session is enough. However, for more deep-rooted issues some clients need up to 2 to 3 sessions.
  • What is the science behind it, and how does it work?
    It’s common knowledge that our thoughts shape our reality, but for many, that’s where the understanding stops. So, what does it really mean? It all comes down to our subconscious. When we think, our neurotransmitters (the body’s chemical messengers) get to work, triggering our body’s reactions even before those thoughts turn into feelings and perceptions. Those feelings can be positive or negative this is the science behind the power of thought. We often brush off our inner dialogue as “little voices in our heads,” but they’re actually incredibly powerful forces. So, how can we use this science to our advantage? Positive neuroplasticity is the process where the mind can reshape the brain. With mindfulness, focus, and the right tools like those provided by a Rapid Transformational Therapist you can literally change the way your brain works. It’s entirely possible to shift your mindset by replacing limiting beliefs with positive, compassionate ones and addressing those subconscious thoughts that can lead to mental health or confidence struggles. The best part? The changes are often quick and long-lasting, especially when combined with hypnotherapy to break habits and uncover triggers.
  • Is RTT Hypnotherapy safe?
    Yes, RTT is a safe way to observe and rewire limiting beliefs stored in your subconscious. It gives you a clear understanding of how habits and behaviours were formed and offers the chance to upgrade outdated and unwanted habits. It’s a little bit like a software update!
  • Can this therapy enhance my performance?
    Absolutely, Rapid Transformational Therapy can definitely give your performance a boost! It helps by addressing and clearing out any mental blocks or limiting beliefs that might be holding you back. With those obstacles out of the way, you might find yourself feeling more focused, confident, and motivated.   • Is doing the session online (via Google Meet) as effective as face-to-face?
    Absolutely! Many of my clients actually find it more comfortable to be at home during our sessions, which helps them relax. But if you're in South Australia, you're welcome to come meet me at the studio in West Lakes!
